Online Auto – Customer Service Representative

Our client is a leading online direct car retailer with whom buying a vehicle is just a few clicks away. After purchasing a vehicle from them, customers can sometimes have questions or issues with their purchase that need to be addressed. As a NexRep agent for this client, you’d handle inbound phone calls and emails from car buyers and provide customer support. You’d not be expected to be a car expert but rather would be working to support the customer on any needs that may arise with their purchased vehicle with regard to warranty, shipping, financing, or other potential issues/questions.

We are looking for people like you to provide services to our clients, For this campaign, you’d be providing services to our client for at least 25 hours per week

  • Provide service to customers through chat support, email support and phone support.
  • Provide information and reassurance regarding purchase procedures and policies.
  • Maintain quality service by following NexRep service levels and standards.

  • This call type is open 7 days/week from 9am-9pm EST
  • NexRep requests 25 hour minimum for weekly services
  • This opportunity allows you to invoice for your services starting at $10 per hour
